サブスクリプションは自動更新されます
解約はApp Storeの設定から行えます

本アプリは、各種ポーカーゲームの勝率（オッズ）を計算するツールです。

無料版: Texas Hold'em、Omaha、Seven Card Studの勝率計算
プレミアム版: 上記に加え、Razz、Badugi、Big O等を含む全ゲームの勝率計算

3. サブスクリプション

プレミアム機能は月額¥1,000のサブスクリプションで利用可能です
初回のみ3日間の無料トライアルが利用できます
サブスクリプションは期間終了時に自動更新されます
更新日の24時間前までにApple IDの設定からキャンセルしない限り、自動的に課金されます
無料トライアル期間中にキャンセルした場合、料金は発生しません
購入後の返金はAppleのポリシーに準じます

4. 免責事項

本アプリが提供する計算結果には、誤差が発生する場合があります。計算結果はあくまで参考値であり、その正確性、完全性を保証するものではありません。

計算結果に基づく判断や行動により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

5. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します：

本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
本アプリの不正な改変、二次配布
本アプリを利用した違法行為

The App is a poker odds calculator tool.

Free: Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Seven Card Stud odds calculation
Premium: All games including Razz, Badugi, Big O, and more

3. Subscriptions

Premium features are available via a monthly subscription at ¥1,000
A 3-day free trial is available for first-time users only
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period
You will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Apple ID settings
No charge if cancelled during the free trial period
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

4. Disclaimer

Calculation results provided by the App may contain margin of error. Results are for reference purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

The developer assumes no liability for any damages arising from decisions or actions based on the calculation results.

5. Prohibited Activities

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
Unauthorized modification or redistribution of the App
Using the App for illegal activities
